New York City Mayor Eric Adams replied to questions from local media about the migrant crisis with one simple phrase: “cancel me.” Of course, the Mayor said quite a bit more about the issue as he has been for months, but that was one standout quote that tied all of what he said together. Eric Adams was referencing his desire to speak to incoming Border Czar Tom Homan and anyone else who could help NYC with the out-of-control issue of migrant crime.

He also expressed an interest in working with Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy through the newly-founded DOGE agency to cut down on Government spending. Adams challenged the media, and the general public, to Google remarks made by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama on illegal immigration before “cancel culture” became a thing. When they were both running for President in 2008, Clinton and Obama sounded just like Eric Adams on the issue of illegal immigration. Something has changed in the years since then, and it has been nothing short of negative and harmful to the American people.
