Scott Jennings educated Toure about the role of the President of the United States live on CNN in a now-viral video. The back-and-forth exchange in question happened during an episode of Abby Philip’s show called “News Night”. The purpose of the show is essentially to have Scott Jennings represent the conservative perspective as he engages with a panel of mostly liberals. Abby Philip adds her two cents occasionally but she usually steps in to save the panelists from being dominated by Jennings. This episode was no different as liberal journalist Toure attempted to make an argument that Trump would appoint someone to overtake his own role as Commander In Chief of the Military.
