MSNBC joined most of mainstream media in a consistent chorus trashing President Trump and Vice President JD Vance over their meeting with Ukraine President Zelenskyy. The meeting was supposed to be about a minerals deal that was already agreed upon, brokered by Marco Rubio. Instead, Zelenskyy decided to give his two cents about diplomacy that JD Vance was attempting to push in order to get peace in Ukraine. That’s what set off a firestorm and argument between Zelenskyy and Trump and Vance.

Allegations of “disrespect” were thrown about during the tense back-and-forth, which was aired live on television. A reporter in the room added a little fuel to the fire by asking why Zelenskyy never wears a suit. Some commenters saw this question as “far-right” when, in reality, many Americans have the same question for a man who has collected $350 billion from the United States taxpaying citizen.
