During a brief gaggle with journalists on Sunday, President Donald Trump shredded a “fake news” reporter as he lamented about Russian President Vladmiir Putin’s continued bombing of Ukraine.

Trump began his analysis in Morristown, New Jersey, saying: “I’m not happy with what Putin’s doing. He’s killing a lot of people and I don’t know what the hell happened to Putin.

“I’ve known him a long time, always gotten along with him, but he’s sending rockets into cities and killing people. And I don’t like it at all! OK?

“We’re in the middle of talking and he’s shooting rockets into Kyiv and other cities. I don’t like it at all. I’m surprised, very surprised.”

That’s when a reporter asked Trump: “Mr. President, what do you want to do about that?”

Trump replied: “We’ll see what we’re gonna do. What, am I gonna tell you? You’re the fake news, aren’t you? You’re totally fake.”

The president then resumed his opinion about Russian aggression: “I don’t like what Putin’s doing, not even a little bit. He’s killing people. And something happened to this guy, and I don’t like it!”

The comments about Putin come in the wake of a massive drone and missile barrage against Ukraine overnight Saturday into Sunday, killing at least 12 people and injuring dozens more.

The New York Times called it “an hourslong assault that Ukrainian officials said showed Moscow had no interest in a truce.

“It was the second large-scale attack in two nights and the third in just a week, part of a broader, recent escalation by Russia that has brought a spike in civilian casualties despite cease-fire negotiations. Ukraine has also stepped up its own air attacks on Russian territory, though on a smaller scale and with far fewer civilian deaths.”

Andrii Sybiha, Ukraine’s foreign affairs minister, said: “A difficult Sunday morning in Ukraine after a sleepless night. The most massive Russian air attack in many weeks lasted all night.

“Russia launched hundreds of drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles into Ukrainian cities and communities during the night, injuring and killing people, including at least three children.

“When the entire world calls for an end to the killing, Putin orders even more strikes, attacks, and murders of children.

“This once again emphasizes the imperative of a full, unconditional, and durable ceasefire for any meaningful peace effort. The world must pressure Russia to accept it and put an end to the killings immediately.”

Is the news we hear every day actually broadcasting messages from God? The answer is an absolute yes! Find out how!
