In what might have been shocking a decade ago, a Lutheran Church has produced a Christmas play featuring the two main characters as profane, cat-fighting lesbians on their way to Bethlehem.
As reported by Not the Bee, “Lutheran Church of the Cross is a ‘queer-affirming’ Canadian church that celebrates Pride Week and every other sexual behavior under the sun.”
An X post by Protestia notes the play was entitled “Queer Apocalyptic Nativity.”
