Former New Mexico magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife Nancy have been arrested by ICE for allegedly harboring an illegal alien gang member on their property. Joel Cano just recently resigned from his role as a judge after the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang member was discovered at his home. Local news reports say that there were multiple men found and arrested on the Cano property. There is a lot of evidence that points toward their gang activity, including clothing and tattoos. ICE first came to the Cano residence to arrest the wife, but enough evidence was discovered to arrest the judge. This news comes on the heels of a crackdown on illegal aliens which has a strong focus on violent criminals.
